Getting Started

Walk-In or Call Ahead

Getting help can start with a simple conversation. You can schedule an assessment by phone or chat 24/7, or walk into our Brentwood Behavioral Health facility at any time. Your assessment can take place in person, over the phone or through secure video conferencing.

No-Commitment Assessment

Our assessment team will take time to understand your individual experience, including your symptoms, behaviors, prior history and challenges. Our medical team will then review this information and determine what level of care right for you, whether inpatient or outpatient.

Comprehensive Treatment Designed For You

Once your level of care is determined, our multidisciplinary team will work with you to develop a personalized plan based on your needs and goals. Your care may include individual time with a psychiatrist, group therapy, family education and other therapeutic activities designed to comprehensively support your mental health journey.
